libfwsi-dbg software package provides Windows Shell Item format access library -- debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfwsi-dbg
libfwsi-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfwsi-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfwsi-dbg *
You will get with libfwsi-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
